On the 6th of November, we have the honor to host the awarded Chef Arnaud Bignon, from London’s The Greenhouse, as a part of our 20 years celebration festival. Arnaud Bignon is well-known for creating balanced dishes and whilst he often experiments on new combinations and original aromas, in the most contemporary way of presentation.
