


Spondi Restaurant hosts Peter Knogl, the award-winning chef of the Le Cheval Blanc restaurant in Basel, Switzerland, for two evenings.
On May 6 and 7, the chef and Spondi team will be creating a special 5-course menu that reflects Knogle’s basic theory, that the art of gastronomic excellence lies in the ideal combination of ingredients while preserving the essence of their characteristics and flavor. His creations are an alloy of high French cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian influences. True to its style but always open to new ideas, the three-Michelin-star Chef is seeking for the skillful coexistence of ingredients derived from the best products nature has to offer.
